What if my rideshare driver is at fault?

An injured rideshare passenger may have a claim even when the driver providing the ride is responsible for the collision.

After you have been treated, preserve proof of your trip. Save the receipt, driver information, trip details, relevant messages, and screenshots.

Identify any applicable insurance coverage. The driver’s activity and trip status can affect which policy applies. Your own personal auto coverage may also contain rideshare exclusions.
