When is a Demand Sent?

When is it time to send a demand? Why can’t I send a demand now?

It is always a good idea to finish medical treatment before submitting a demand. It’s possible that you feel fine after your injury and medical checkup, but then pain starts somewhere else a bit later. We are seeking justice for what happened to you, and that means understanding the full picture of the effects of the incident.

In order to do so, we advise clients to finish all prescribed treatment as well as for us to determine permanency, or Maximum Medical Improvement.
