What makes a strong claim?

What elements of a claim make it strong? What parts go into it and what else do I need?

SIMPLY PUT, A STRONG CLAIM SHOWS CLEAR LIABILITY AND DAMAGES.

What does this actually mean? If a claim is strong, it generally means both sides are convinced that the claim is true: someone suffered losses, it was someone else’s fault, and those losses are covered by insurance of some kind. In the personal injury field, a big portion of those losses is usually a medical injury or illness. Losses can also be emotional damage or discomfort, property damage, time off work, and more. If we have strong claim, we can prove both the losses and the liability. It may be as quick as combining a few key pieces of evidence and presenting that to the insurance company.

A STRONG CLAIM CONNNECTS EVIDENCE OF THE INCIDENT TO THE EVIDENCE OF YOUR INJURY.

The strongest claims show who was responsible (who was at fault for the injury), how they were responsible, and how it’s connected to you. To show this, we rely on evidence. This can come in the form of photos, videos from your phone, dash cam, or police body camera, witness or expert testimony, medical records, medical bills, auto shop bills, and much, much more.
